It's your turn to "Support Homeownership for All." FAR's specialty
license plate to support workforce housing is now available online,
by mail or at your county tax collector's office. The license plate costs
an additional $27 (beyond the state's fees for a tag), which includes a
$2 Department of Motor Vehicles processing fee. And if you purchase
the tag online, you'll pay a convenience fee of either $2 or 2.95 percent

INTEREST RATES
Analysts weren't surprised that the Federal Reserve held the federal-
funds rate steady at 5.25 percent this week. But after its meeting, the
