Columbia County's growth in Top 100

Money Magazine has named Columbia County as one of the 100 fastest growing counties in the nation, based on the rate of population gains from the latest Census Bureau statistics.

According to a report released in the magazine last week, Columbia County was listed as the No. 98 fastest growing county in the United States.Flagler County was listed as the No. 1 fastest growing county on the list, which also included 13 other Florida counties.Population information on the list was based on information from the nation's 3,141 counties, which listed Columbia County as having a population of 64,040 people
